The Torrington Volunteer Fire Department held it's annual awards banquet Saturday night at the Bucking Horse Steak House. A well cooked meal was provided and enjoyed by all who attened. Members from the City of Torrington, Goshen County, Joint Powers board, Torrington EMS, County Commissioners, and City Council were on hand to enjoy the night. The following Awards were presented to

2009 Chiefs Award: Specialist Jeff Schick.

2009 Special Persons Award: Goshen County Construction.

2009 Top 5 Responders: Chief Rick Donbraska, Division Chief Lance Petsch, Specialist Kent Kelly, Firefighter Chris Urbanek, Firefighter Cody Scott.
